This wine is a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Blanc. Aromas of white flowers, roasted nuts, and citrus on the nose. On the palate, it is generous, with balanced acidity, good weight, and nutty flavours with hints of citrus. Long finish with ripe fruit flavours. Excellent food wine for summer salads, pasta, fish ceviche, or chicken.
